چکیده

Cashmere is the fine bottom hair produced by secondary follicles of skin. This economically important. Previous studies our research group have shown that exogenous melatonin (MT) can regulate periodic growth follicles, induce development villi, and alter expression some genes related to follicle development. Few on regulation villus MT binding receptors been published. In this study, was implanted subcutaneously behind ear Inner Mongolia cashmere goats. RT-qPCR, in situ hybridization, Western blot analysis, immunofluorescence RNAi techniques were used investigate functions regulating The results showed binds nuclear receptor RORα dermal papilla stimulates promotes growth. mRNA skin goats a trend first increasing then decreasing. began increase February, peaked April, reached lowest level May. significantly affected β- catenin gene, key gene development, presence MT. It will lay solid molecular foundation for further mechanism between achieve artificial time yield improve effect production.

Expression of the RORα gene in Inner Mongolian cashmere goat hair follicles.

The expression of retinoid-acid-related orphan receptor α (RORα) was evaluated at the mRNA level using real-time polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR), and its expression localization was determined by in situ hybridization of adult Inner Mongolian cashmere goats at different times of the year. In situ hybridization demonstrated that RORαwas expressed in secondary hair follicles of the hair shaft...

Norepinephrine Regulates Keratinocyte Proliferation to Promote the Growth of Hair Follicles.

Psychological factors and stress can cause hair loss. The sympathetic-adrenal-medullary (SAM) axis has been reported to regulate the growth of hair follicles (HF). The sympathetic nerve is a component of the SAM axis, but it has not been sufficiently or convincingly linked to hair growth. In this study, we demonstrate that chemical sympathectomy via administration of the neurotoxin 6-hydroxydop...

the effect of functional/notional approach on the proficiency level of efl learners and its evaluation through functional test

in fact, this study focused on the following questions: 1. is there any difference between the effect of functional/notional approach and the structural approaches to language teaching on the proficiency test of efl learners? 2. can a rather innovative language test referred to as "functional test" ge devised so so to measure the proficiency test of efl learners, and thus be as much reliable an...

Investigation of the growth rate and secondary metabolites content of Lepidium sativum under exogenous melatonin treatment

Medicinal plants are rich sources of secondary metabolites. Lepidium sativum possess active compounds and secondary metabolites, including polyphenol, anthocyanin, flavonoid compounds, which are of special pharmaceutical and economic importance. Melatonin as bio-stimulator compound has a regulatory role on the amount of secondary metabolites and plant tolerance to environmental stresses. In thi...
